RadOpt - 3G RF Neighbor Optimization Tools





RadOpt is RF neighbor optimization tools which is specially designed for Nokia Solution and Networks Equipment (RU30).
This tool having capability to analyze:
-3G neighbor analysis based on NSN NetAct report (RSRAN046, RSRAN045, RSRAN044)
-Coverage analysis based on PRACH delay (RSRAN 104) statistic to check overshooting
-View, Delete, Create Intra Frequency Neighbor (ADJS) based on RSRAN 046 statistic
-View, Delete, Create Inter Frequency Neighbor (ADJI) based on RSRAN 044 statistic
-View, Delete, Create Inter System Neighbor (ADJG) based on RSRAN 045 statistic
-Thematic neighbor analysis by number of attempt
-Thematic KPI by level of predefined threshold
-Co Scrambling Code checking
-Multi layer selection (GSM, DCS, UMTS F1, UMTS F2, UMTS F3)
-Support up to 3 UMTS Layer and more (next version)  


RSRAN 046 ADJS - Intra Frequency Neighbor Analysis
RadOpt capable to view, delete, create intra frequency neighbor (ADJS) based on RSRAN 046 report. The useful colors are used to thematic the number of attempt so we can easily analyze if there is some overshooting or missing neighbor.
-Green Line : neighbor with high attempt and Neighbor="Yes"
-Yellow Line : neighbor with low attempt and Neighbor="Yes" -> we remark it as un necessary neighbor and should be deleted
-Red Line  : High attempt but not yet created -> missing neighbor -> we must create this adjacent.


RSRAN 044 ADJI - Inter Frequency Neighbor Analysis
RadOpt also having capability to mapping ADJI neighbor. If you only need to check ADJI F2 to F1 neighbor, just select U2100_F1 and U2100_F2 from Layer Control -> Click "44" button -> Select Cell that you want to analyze.
RSRAN 044 analysis also having the same legend as RSRAN046:
-Green Line : neighbor with high attempt and Neighbor="Yes"
-Yellow Line : neighbor with low attempt and Neighbor="Yes" -> we remark it as un necessary neighbor and should be deleted
-Red Line  : High attempt but not yet created -> missing neighbor -> we must create this adjacent.


RSRAN 045 ADJG - Inter System Neighbor Analysis
Once you need to analyze inter system neighbor,just simply select the GSM or DCS Layer and U2100_F1, U2100_F2 or U2100_F3 Layer. Click "45" button -> Select Cell that you want to analyze.
RSRAN 045 analysis also having the same legend as RSRAN046:
-Green Line : neighbor with high attempt and Neighbor="Yes"
-Yellow Line : neighbor with low attempt and Neighbor="Yes" -> we remark it as un necessary neighbor and should be deleted
-Red Line  : High attempt but not yet created -> missing neighbor -> we must create this adjacent.


Coverage Analysis - PRACH Delay
RadOpt is designed for coverage analysis as well. It measurement is based on PRACH delay report (RSRAN 104). Once you click the 104 button and select one Cell, you will see the PRACH distribution for each distance in %. This tool is for checking whether the cell is overshooting or not based on OSS measurement.


KPI Thematic

RadOpt also capable to view KPI in thematic color. Once you need to check the KPI per Layer and viewing in thematic, just simply select desired layer control,example select U2100_F1 and click CSSR.


Option Setting:
RadOpt having option to modify the threshold for neighbor analysis setting, just simply click setting then option menus is showing.


Co Scrambling Code Checking:
RadOpt also having capability to check scrambling code conflict. 
Just simply select desired layer control -> then click "Scrambling Code Check" button -> then select one Cell to check.
